Bike Handling Sessions

Develop your ability to move more easily over rough terrain by improving the steering of your bike and maintaining your balance.
Learn how to overcome obstacles, ride at very low speed and move around on your bike.
Working on different types of challenging terrain, including riding off-cambers, riding down steps, steep descents, loose gravel, steep uphill climbs.
Also included in these sessions are pedalling and braking techniques and the techniques used to lift the front and rear wheel.

These sessions are recommended for intermediate riders interested in improving their bike handling.
